📦 Processing Time

Each piece is handcrafted with care and intention. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days, unless stated otherwise on custom listings. You'll receive a tracking number once your relic is on its way.

🌍 Shipping

I currently ship within [insert your region or “worldwide”]. All items are carefully packaged to protect delicate materials like resin, crystal, and clay. I am not responsible for postal delays once the item has been shipped, but I’ll do my best to help if issues arise.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of handmade and one-of-a-kind items, returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please message me as soon as it is delivered, ideally within 24 hours, and include photos of the item and packaging. I’ll do everything I can to make it right.

✨ Custom Orders

Custom work may be available for dragons, rune sets, or altar decor. Feel free to message me with your idea — I’d love to create something special just for you. Custom orders typically take 2–3 weeks depending on complexity.

🎁 Gift Orders

Mark your order as a gift at checkout and I’ll include magical wrapping and a handwritten note. If you’d like a custom message included, just let me know.
